What Is Happening To The Kids These Days and High School Is...

Hello again. Here, I am.

All right, when I was making my lunch for school the other day, I was thinking, "Hmm, I didn't blog yesterday," and then I thought, "Ah, maybe I should tell them the whole dealio about that..." So, that's what I'm gonna do.

The only time I have to blog is during my Graphic Design class, which is first period for me and I'm usually finished before class is over and as of right now, I have about an hour left of class so I get to do whatever I want for the remainder of the period. I could get started on... another assignment but whatever. I'm gonna blog. :)

So, on days I don't have Graphic Design, I can't blog so I'll take those days to write after school and try to post chapters of RIGAM on Kidpub, or attempt to. If you haven't read it, here's the first chapter, check it out, it's a sci-fi, humor original:http://www.kidpub.com/book-page-or-chapter/right-imperfect-group-agaisnt-morons-chapter-one-older-readers-recommended-2141

Anyways, that's why and now let's get down to business and get to the blog topic.

Texas's school system, well, where I live at least, is like this. Kinder through sixth is in elementary, seventh and eighth are in Middle School and ninth through twelth is in High School, so officially, I am Freshman. Yes, yes, I can hardly contain myself either. lol. So, since I'm in High School, people have a lot of different opinions about it.

I've heard from bad to good to great to terrible to miserable and just all right. I've heard it all, from different people of course. My mom says it's good, my best friend's mom said it was amazing. My sister just shrugged. My dad said she doesn't remember and gave me a long monology about how she was working at the age of sixteen and didn't really have time for school. I think I might have said on here previously thought Middle School was absolutely miserable and you know what, I take that back.

It was mostly miserable, or so I thought, because I had a huge turmoil thing with one of my friends - and we're friends again and I don't regret a thing. It was just total teenage anguish and I don't want to talk about it. Now, if anyone brings it up, I instantly feel like a douche and say, "Please don't remind me, all right. I said somethings I'm not too proud of and we're good now. All right? Good," I'm just, again being realistic. Teenagers, I'm in the middle of teenage years but the early teenage years are just WEIRD.

Here's what I've come to a conclusion about. As the generations come along, as in each class (I'm class of 2015!), they end up being meaner and meaner and a lot shorter. I don't know about your school, but when I was in eighth grade, the seventh graders at that time where REALLY short and not to mention short fuses as well. They were like walking bombs! I kid you not. They weren't nice and I actually had a dicussion about this with my science teacher at that time, about it and he agreed with me. They're just overall really rude. Around here, all of the seventh/eighth grade girls load their Facebook photo albums with HUNDREDS upon HUNDREDS of photos of themselves doing this retarted pouty face... Okay, well, looking at my picture, I'm contridicting myself but I have ONE picture that looks like that, and these girls have hundreds of pictures. One girl has 600. I mean, that's just WAY too much... -_- Also, around here, since I live in Central Texas, for some ODD reason, the early teens think it's cool to act like a gangster. No... actually, it's NOT. It makes you look like an idiot. What gets on my nerves the most is when those STUPID people thinks it's AWESOME and absolutely out the roof COOl to spell like this. I kid you not, this is one girls photo album name: "Ooh, suqqar whyy yuhh so flah?"

WHAT IN THE WORLD! I mean, HONESTLY!! What gets on my nerves the most is - not the face that these people have spasms every time they hit the keys or... their keys stick and their backspace key is gone - it's that they substitute a "g" for a "q".

No, it's not cool. It's not awesome. You just look like an idiot. Face the facts. It's not cool, it's stupid, and annoying. Stop it...

Also, the generations younger than me are so SPOILED! I'm not joking! I went to the movies with my twin friends, Brooke and Lisa and I was in the latrine and when I went to go wash my hands, I saw a girl walk in and I could not help but GAPE! If I could have taken a picture of her and shown you, you'd have the same face.

Writer mode... initated. Commensing...

This girl had her paper-straight, blonde hair in a ponytail and the front portion of her hair, above her forehead, was teased and poofed, stuck with hairspray. The head-ache-inducing smell of vanilla perfume smacked me as she passed. She had a spaghetti-strap shirt on with a huge, blingy necklace, torn short-shorts, high-heels and a huge iPhone sticking out of her back pocket.

Now, how old did this girl look like? I swear to you, she looked either eight or NINE! Eight or NINE people! When I was that age, I had t-shirts with flowers on them, high-rising demin shorts, tenis shoes, flips flops, VCR movies, and the Gamecube. Now kids wear those... seductive clothes and get away with it! What is this! D:

Life has really gotten away from me. I blame technology and the government.

Anyways, how about I answer the question: "High School is..."

*scratches chin* I think I'd have this answer: "High School is a whole lot better than Middle School." The teachers are very flexible with you. Some let you eat in class, some let you listen to music WHICH I LOVE, we have a longer lunch period so I can shove in some reading and everything is awesome. They treat us with some respect and don't hold things above our head's out of reach. They're nicer. All of my teachers are really nice, except for my Spanish teacher who has the WORST breath sometimes... and also, my Speech teacher is a bit crazy... >.>

Here's a last thought I shall leave you with. Do you realize how dependant we are on time? Don't know what I mean, try not to go off the clock and you'll know what I mean.

Comment, contribute, feed my koi, and ALSO check out my photos in the tabs up there *points up* those are pictures I made with photoshop. Check it out! :D

  2. LST,

Thanks for commenting, LST! :D It's nice to know someone is actually reading and comprehending instead of just "stats" numbers. ;)

Epik with a "k" is epik. lol.

Yes, they ARE getting shorter! It's not just me, trust me. I have a whole party that agrees with me.

The last word is "fly" I believe. And that sentence doesn't even make any sense to me!

  3. You're welcome. :D I don't think I've ever managed to write a semi long blog post… let alone regularly. :D

Chiaki started it and I went along. XP

I think I should start paying attention to if people look short… XP

It doesn't make any sense to me either… O.o I will now attempt to make one. "suh qui whuuuts flah?" I think I managed to fail more than the first. ^_^

  4. LST,

Blogging is a huge committment and you have to find a good schedule that you can stick with, unless, you'll just fall.

I should email Chiaki and tell her I'm attempting to blog again. ;)

People and their bad grammar... *shakes head* Writers don't have a problem with it, although, we're not perfect.

  6. Sagar,

Thanks a lot for the comment. And that's totally fine if you don't agree. I'm just spewing out what I think. And I never mean to offend anyone. This are only my observations.

    Thanks for the feedback!
